Accessibility

CPOAgenda.com aims to be as accessible as possible. The site has been built using XHTML and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and is compliant with W3C-WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, Level A conformance.

 

There may be instances of code which do not meet current standards. We are working to correct these, but in the meantime please feel free validate our pages and to inform us of any instances of non-compliant code.
 
Access keys
Access keys allow you to access the main navigation elements by using your keyboard.
If you are using Windows, press ALT + an access key (then enter/return)
Macintosh users, press Control + an access key (then enter/return)
In Mozilla and Netscape 7 on both Windows and Mac, there should be no need to hit Return

Skip navigation
For those of you using screen readers, you are given the option to skip the navigation elements at the start of each page and go directly to the main content. The access key assigned to 'Skip Navigation' is s.

 

Printer friendly
The pages on this site are all printer-friendly and only the logo, relevant headings and main content will appear on the printouts. Navigation elements will not be printed. If you encounter any pages where this is not the case, please let us know and we will rectify the problem.
 
Resizing text
As relative font sizes and not pixel-based font sizes have been used on this site, you can easily resize the text. To do so either use the text resize options at the top of the page, or follow the steps below relevant to your browser:

Internet Explorer: View > Text size
Firefox: View > Text size
Safari (Mac): View > Make text bigger
